Schroders Return-to-Work Program

The Return-to-Work program gives you the opportunity to work with some of the most accomplished professionals that have a passion for sustainable investing!  reacHIRE is partnering with Schroders again for a Client Services Associate.   The program starts this within the month and will run for 12 months. At the end of the program candidates may have the opportunity to explore further opportunities with Schroder.

About the program


Return-to-Work with Schroders

This is a 12 month, full-time, paid opportunity for individuals who have taken a voluntary career break of 1.5+ years. During the program, you will be part of a community of fellow professionals also returning to work and participating in the program together.

What to expect

At the end of the program, you may be eligible for direct hire or extended contracting work at Schroders, but this is not guaranteed. Throughout the program, reacHIRE will provide 360-degree support with interview and resume prep, finding the right role, providing comprehensive training, and a dedicated Program Manager to help you every step of the way!
