This Sarepta Return-to-Work Program will offer you a rare chance to work with some of biotechnology’s most accomplished professionals. Sarepta is fueled by an audacious but important mission: to profoundly improve and extend the lives of patients with rare genetic-based diseases. Its programs span several therapeutic modalities, including RNA, gene therapy and gene editing. This 6-month program offers opportunities in Human Resources and Marketing including:

  • HR Operations Analyst
  • HR Coordinator/ Data Analyst
  • Senior Marketing Project Manager
  • Administrative Assistant
  • Compensation Analyst

About the Program

The Sarepta Return-to-Work Program is a 6-month, full-time, paid opportunity located in Cambridge, MA. There are available positions in Human Resources and Marketing. During the program, you will be part of a community of fellow professionals also returning to work, and you will navigate the program together.

reacHIRE will provide 360-degree support with interview and resume prep, finding the right role, providing comprehensive training, and a dedicated program manager to help you every step of the way!

At the end of the program, you may be eligible for full-time or extended contracting work at Sarepta, but this is not guaranteed.
