Advisor360° Return-to-Work Program

reacHIRE is running a program with Advisor360° to offer exciting Return-to-Work opportunities in Weston, MA. Opportunities include QA Engineering, Program Management and Software Engineering. The program starts this August and will run for 6 months. At the end of the program candidates may have the opportunity to explore further opportunities with Advisor360°.

About the Program

Return to Work with Advisor360°

This is a 6 month, full-time, paid opportunity for individuals who have taken a voluntary career break of 2+ years. Applicant are required to work a hybrid model, with two days onsite and one day remote.  During the program, you will be part of a community of fellow professionals also returning to work and participating in the program together.

What to Expect

At the end of the program, you may be eligible for direct hire or extended contracting work at Advisor360°, but this is not guaranteed. Throughout the program, reacHIRE will provide 360-degree support with interview and resume prep, finding the right role, providing comprehensive training, and a dedicated Program Manager to help you every step of the way!
