About the Program
The Columbia Threadneedle Investments Return-to-Work Program is a 6-month, full-time, paid opportunity for individuals who have taken a voluntary career break of 2+ years, located in Boston and New York City During the program, you will be part of a community of fellow professionals also returning to work, and you will participate in the program together.
reacHIRE provides 360-degree support with interview and resume prep, finding the right-fit role, comprehensive training, and a Program Manager to help you every step of the way! reacHIRE reviews applications for the Columbia Threadneedle Investments program on a rolling basis with a deadline to submit your application by early April 2022.
What to Expect
At the end of the program, you may be eligible for full-time or extended contracting work at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, but this is not guaranteed. reacHIRE Program Managers will work with each candidate to explore full-time employment opportunities with Columbia Threadneedle Investments, a leading global asset manager.
