Dr. Baskerville is an Associate Professor at Northeastern University’s Department of Management and Organizational Development. She has a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Tulane University and has published research in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Research in Organizational Behavior and other leading academic publications.

Dr. Brad Johnson

Dr. Johnson is a Professor of Psychology, Department of Leadership, Ethics, and Law at the United States Naval Academy. He is an award-winning mentor at the National Institutes of Health and the American Psychological Association and is co-author of Good Guys and Athena Rising.

Dr. Deborah M. Kolb

Negotiation and Women’s Leadership

Dr. Deborah M. Kolb is a foremost authority in the fields of negotiation, leadership, and gender. She is the Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Professor for Women in Leadership (Emerita) and co-founder of the Ford Foundation funded Center for Gender in Organizations at Simmons College School of Management. She authored the books The Shadow Negotiation: How Women Can Master the Hidden Agendas of Bargaining Success and Negotiating at Work:  Turn Small Wins into Big Gains.

Dr. Jamie Ladge

Dr. Jamie Ladge is an Associate Professor of Management and Organization Development in the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Distinguished Research Professor at the University of Exeter Business School in Exeter, England, She is known for her research exploring the intersection of work and family, stigmatized social identities, and career equality, gender and diversity issues in organizations. Published in several top academic journals, Jamie is the co-author of Maternal Optimism: Forging Positive Paths through Work and Motherhood.
