At reacHIRE, we are thinking creatively about how to approach today’s challenges and make sure critical D&I initiatives are not shelved or abandoned. It is clear that waving the COVID white flag will not move women and workplace equality forward.

Instead, we agree with Catalyst (a global nonprofit working with some of the world’s most powerful CEOs and leading companies to build workplaces that work for women) that this is an “opportunity for corporate leaders to assess what they value, how they lead, and how their teams work together.”

Take our current partnership with Ipsen, for example. Known as a leader in innovating patient care, the biopharmaceutical group was preparing a return-to-work cohort when the pandemic hit. Rather than postpone the program for a better time that no one can mark on a calendar, reacHIRE and Ipsen worked together to develop a 100% virtual return-to-work cohort program with the same high standards of excellence, community and collaboration.

“We’re incredibly proud of our ability to quickly adapt our Return-to-Work program for an industry leader like Ipsen and other clients to fill talent gaps and support diversity goals,” said reacHIRE CEO Addie Swartz. “Our program managers work closely with leadership teams to virtually create high-touch experiences that set reacHIRE’s return-to-work cohorts apart from other programs. And we’re even more in awe of the women who have the courage to return to work after a career break during this time. They have shown amazing resilience and we’re excited for them to start this new chapter in their lives.”

Harvard Business Review recently warned that the COVID crisis is putting companies at risk of losing female talent. At reacHIRE, we are making sure that does not happen. Our virtual return-to-work cohort programs and Aurora digital platform for engaging and developing women in the workforce are in full swing at companies like T-Mobile, Wayfair, iRobot, Vertex and Fidelity Investments.

Please join us and these innovative companies in our shared mission to create tangible solutions that support professional women today, because tomorrow is too late.
