SaaS Company Grows With reacHIRE Returnship Program
About The Company
Our client provides a single Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that manages the wealth needs of advisors, broker-dealers, and investors across all lines of business—from investments to banking to insurance—and integrates with existing technology. The company is heavily focused on tech roles, therefore we worked together to create a talent development program that was specifically tailored to this niche. The program has been successful in attracting and developing top tech talent, further enhancing the company’s capabilities in this area.
The Challenge
The client aimed to increase workforce diversity, specifically in engineering and technology. They aimed to fill 6 positions including Software and Quality Assurance engineers in their Massachusetts location. Potential candidates were expected to have the right mix of prior experience, aptitude, and cultural fit with the client, and be open to full-time employment.
The Solution
The reacHIRE team heavily promoted the program, conducted candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews, and offered the client’s recruitment managers a highly qualified pool of candidates. The selected group underwent reacHIRE’s specialized immersion training for returning to work during the program’s initial week, followed by a six-month stint collaborating with teams and recruitment managers, with a dedicated reacHIRE Program Manager providing support. 100% of the program participants converted to full-time roles after the program ended.
The Results
Our achievement in filling these positions wasn’t limited to qualified candidates but also a diverse pool of individuals. 83% of the placed candidates were people of color, with 100% of them being women. Attendees of the program rated their onboarding experience with an NPS score of 10, signifying their enthusiasm as they started their new roles. While this is a recent group, we understand that returners from such programs tend to remain with the participating organizations. After monitoring those who transitioned to full-time positions, 100% of people who participated completed the program.
