Recruitment Marketing Manager

We are in search of a recruitment marketing manager who will be responsible for building effective strategies to target and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for our client programs. If you excel at creating high-impact programs to grow a talent network, we want to speak with you!   
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Build best practices, effective marketing strategies and plans to attract, nurture, and convert a strong pipeline of candidates for our return-to-work client programs in partnership with the talent acquisition manager
  • Develop target Candidate Profiles for each client program and sourcing strategy
  • Define the Candidate Path to Return including key strategies and tactics to engage her at each stage
  • Lead development of effective messaging and creative to candidates
  • Develop compelling communication on the reacHIRE value proposition to candidates and to potential clients
  • Partner with clients to market the candidate search and help to build the company and reacHIRE brands
  • Lead execution of candidate marketing plans across all touchpoints
  • Amplify our employer branding and reputation across all candidate-facing sites or channels
  • Identify new insights and sourcing opportunities to find qualified candidates
  • Measure, analyze and evaluate the impact of the candidate sourcing marketing plans and continuously iterate and optimize to deliver the strongest ROI
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes based on analysis and insights from the data
  • Partner with our talent acquisition manager to adjust methods to reach candidates as necessary to ensure success of programs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar required
  • 5+ years of experience with developing candidate-driven marketing programs required
  • Experience building effective marketing strategies to attract, engage, nurture and convert a strong talent pipeline
  • Experience with building campaigns to reach alternate sources of talent a plus!
  • Expertise in digital and social media, employer branding, and experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, CRM and Facebook to reach alternate candidate pools
