Fidelity Investments - Privacy Compliance Analyst (Return-to-Work Program)

On behalf of our client, Fidelity Investments, we are in search of great candidates for the RESUME Program located in Boston, MA. The RESUME Program is a paid 26-week return-to-work program run in partnership with reacHIRE designed for professionals returning to the workforce after a career break. The program is designed for people who have taken a 2+ year career break and it is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a 1-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills one needs to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.

We are currently looking for a Privacy Compliance Analyst to work on Fidelity's Corporate Services team. In this position you will support key privacy initiatives such as California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Stock Plan Services expansion.  Both projects are underway with key deadlines in Q1 2020. Support includes creation of project deliverables, working with business unit team members, creation/review of project reporting, and helping facilitate project meetings. You will also support the Corporate Identity Theft program as appropriate working with the operational team within Corporate Security (FIU) to ensure program is update to date and meeting regulatory requirements. In addition, you will help review and refresh corporate privacy compliance program.  Research (web, industry, and privacy related documentation) helping determine current/future state privacy program best practices to modernize Fidelity’s privacy program.

This is a high visibility role where you will work with the distributed privacy team daily through meetings, informal discussions, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).  You will be assigned work from the SVP/Chief Privacy Officer and will have ongoing 1:1 meetings with her to discuss status, issues, strategy, etc.
