Digital Media/Content Specialist

We are in search of a great writer to become our Digital Media/Content Specialist and manage our social media accounts and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage news events, local opportunities, and trends to build reacHIRE’s online presence and voice as a leader in women’s empowerment in the workplace. The successful candidate will have a command of best practices and trends in social media, online communications, and a proven track record (via analytics) of growing a company's social media presence. The ideal candidate can stay on top of the news cycle regarding a variety of topics, and can gather information from our clients to help them engage with their target audiences.
What You Will Do: Content Strategy & Content Development
  • Working with Marketing, you will develop content marketing strategy, roadmap and editorial calendars that support reacHIRE’s business strategy
  • Working with rH subject matter experts, you will manage and lead development of new content based on prioritized roadmap
  • You will work with in-house/external resources to create all forms of interactive and passive content
  • You will utilize personas and customer journey maps and will create content based on customer needs, preferences and business objectives
  • You will optimize content creation for lead generation, lead nurturing, customer success and SEO
  • You will validate that content created follows brand standards and has a consistent tone of voice
  • You will collaborate with: external Marketing agency, internal PR, external designers, Digital Team, Recruitment Team, internal subject matter experts and external agency partners as needed

What you will do: Content Management & Content Measurement
  • Manage all facets of marketing content development: Planning, creation, approvals, editing, publishing/activating, repurposing, promoting, tracking, measuring, maintaining
  • Analyze content performance, promotes high-performing content and creates content for A/B testing
  • Evaluate competitive content
  • Drives best practices, continuous improvement and provides recommendations for content innovation
What you bring:
  • Fantastic written and oral communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience leading development of strategies and content for campaigns
  • Content strategy development for B2B companies
  • Strong understanding of user experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects with limited supervision
