Roles are available in Foxboro, Massachusetts, Andover, Massachusetts, and West Chester, Ohio.
about the program
This opportunity is a 6-month, full-time, paid return-to-work program in Foxboro,MA, Andover, MA, and West Chester, OH. We are recruiting candidates with a variety of skill sets into a cohort that will start in January 2022.
During the program, you’ll gain relevant work skills and experiences through challenging projects, assignments, and training. You’ll expand your network and build community with other peers also returning to work, and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you continue to develop.
reacHIRE provides 360-degree support with interview and resume prep, finding the right-fit role, comprehensive training, and a Program Manager to help you every step of the way!
At the end of the program, you may be eligible for full-time or extended contracting work at Schneider Electric, but it is not guaranteed. reacHIRE Program Managers will work with each candidate to explore full-time employment opportunities with Schneider Electric, the global specialist in energy management and automation.
