about the program

The Lionbridge Return-to-Work Program is a 6-month, full-time, paid opportunity for individuals who have taken a voluntary career break of 2 + years. The company is located in Waltham, Mass., however this program is also open to those who want to work remotely. During the program, you will be part of a community of fellow professionals also returning to work, and you will participate in the program together.

reacHIRE provides 360-degree support with interview and resume prep, comprehensive training, and a dedicated program manager to help you every step of the way! reacHIRE reviews applications for the Lionbridge program on a rolling basis with a deadline to submit your application by October 2021.

At the end of the program, you may be eligible for full-time or extended contracting work at Lionbridge, but this is not guaranteed.
