I had a three-year career break before finding the reacHIRE return-to-work program at Wayfair. This program set me up for success by providing me with a refresh in my project management and presentation skills, as well as support from my fellow cohort members. It’s really great to now be back at work, collaborating with colleagues on shared goals, and putting my previous 15 years experience in supply chain management into practice in my new role at Wayfair.
