reacHIRE is proud to partner with Wayfair to bring exciting return-to-work opportunities starting in January 2023.
The Wayfair Return-to-Work Program gives you the opportunity to work with some of the most accomplished professionals in the e-commerce industry. Through their commitment to industry-leading technology and innovation, Wayfair is reinventing the way people shop for their homes. If you’re looking for rapid growth, continuous learning, and dynamic challenges, then this is your opportunity to return to work with one of the “Top Places to Work in Massachusetts” (The Boston Globe 2021).
This opportunity is a 6-month, full-time, paid opportunity. We are recruiting candidates with a variety of skill sets into a cohort that will start in January 2023.
What to expect
At the end of the program, you may be eligible for direct hire or extended contracting work at Wayfair, but this is not guaranteed. Throughout the program, reacHIRE will provide 360-degree support with interview and resume prep, finding the right role, providing comprehensive training, and a dedicated Program Manager to help you every step of the way!
